NOTE If the file doesn’t open, click Save > Open Folder, then double-click the file (it should start with "O15CTRRemove") to run the Fix it tool. If uninstalling using Control Panel doesn't work, use the Fix it tool instead.Īt the bottom of your screen, click Open. If you bought an individual Office application like Microsoft Word, search for the application name. NOTE If you bought a suite like Microsoft Office 365 Home or Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013, search for the suite name. Right-click the Office application you want to remove, and then click Uninstall. Upon review of my steps taken so far I notice that the above webpage (where I got SetupProd_OffScrub.exe) only mentions "Office 365 Office 2019 Office 2016 Office 2013".Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner), and choose Control Panel. I created a new Windows user on another system running MS-Office 2019 and was able to easily connect to exchange server. We then purchased and installed MS-Office 2019 but Outlook still presents the same error when trying to connect to Exchange server. We encountered an issue connecting Outlook 2003 toĪn exchange server that we could not resolve so we un-installed all MS-Office software and also ran SetupProd_OffScrub.exe downloaded from here: Outlook 2003, Word, Excel, Access were from other years. Wondering if any Jedi Scripting Masters would have a batch/vbs or powershell script that would work to get this done. A computer system used to have several versions of MS-Office installed (including 2003, 2007, 2010). As of right now I can get SCCM to uninstall office 2013 using OffScrubO15msi.vbs script and then install Office 365-2016, w/out any issues.

I'm not sure which forum to post my question.
